Yanai has been a licensed real estate profesional since 2003 and currently is the Broker of Brickellmania LLC. Proud member of Miami Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Yanai graduated with highest honors from University of Florida with a Bachelor in Fine Arts and minor in Art History.

Sergio studied Architecture in Havana, Cuba. After moving to Miami, he worked for more than 15 years with reputable architectural firms building local communities among which are Fisher Island, 1060 and 1050 Brickell, as well as other important international projects. In Montego Bay, Jamaica, he was the project architect of Palmyra, a mediterranean-style luxury resort.
