Fortune House is a 4-start condo-hotel in Brickell, at 185 SE 14th Terrace, Miami, Florida. It was renovated in 2017 to include huge murals by Colombian artist Fabio Mesa. The murals were the talk of the town, some people liked it and some others don't. One thing it is for sure, it brought the building back to life. In the blink of an eye Fortune House passed from being a regular, common, ugly building to be a permanent art piece worth seeing. Art defines society and this one definitely changed the community.
Being a condo hotel, owners have the option of placing their units in the Fortune House hotel program or renting them on their own. If placed in the hotel program, the units may be rented on a daily basis.

Fortune House Pet Policy:
Fortune House allows only owners to have pets. Tenants are only allowed to have service animals.
