Mint Pet Policy:

Mint allows pets for owners only. Tenants are not allowed to have pets. The pet policy permits only owners to have no more than 2 pets, with a total combined weight of 60 pounds. Prior to move-in, owners who have a pet must pay a $100 non-refundable fee and a $500 refundable deposit to the condo association.

Mint Rental Policy:

No lease can be less than 1 year.
