      I lived in this building for 6 years. A building that has been growing tremendously for the past 10 years. A very distinctive building characterized by the professionalism of the from desk, excellent amenities with large pools and spacious gym.
      It is interesting the dynamic of the building, how fast the Maintanance department works toward the pleasure of the costumers( Renata and owners)
      A total positive experience and a 5 start recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy the breeze of the ocean and the different fun places so rounding the building

      I’ve lived in this building for only a year so far and I can’t begin to say how horrifying my entire experience was. The management is absolutely horrendous and irresponsible, and they take absolutely no interest in helping the tenants out. None of my concerns were addressed- loud neighbors (loud sex inappropriate noises, loud music, construction noises ALL the time since things are broken down ALL the time). This building also has short term rentals with the most disrespectful renters- not to mention crazy, inappropriate. The elevators are broken down ALL the time, amenities are inaccessible. And, this is just the tip of the iceberg. If you like crazy, loud inappropriate neighbors with terrible parking and a horrible management- go for it!

      My wife and I stayed in this building for a whole year and we haven't been more glad about having moved out about a week ago! The management of our unit was terrible but the management of the building on a whole was even worse. Elevators broken down all the time, loud music at 5 am by "friendly" neighbors, accompanied by loud sex noises all night, every night-no concerns addressed at all by the management. The parking situation is horrendous, amenities accessible to general public in times of corona, huge lines extending to outside of the building while waiting for elevators are only Some of the issues in this building. The front desk people are least helpful in addressing any concerns. In short, WORST building we've lived at!
