Real Estate Agent / Leasing Agent needed in Brickell

We are searching for one full time Leasing Agent to join our team and help prospective tenants to find their new home in Brickell and its vicinities. We are looking to hire the most passionate individual who enjoy contributing to a growing team.

Training and leads provided! You know how difficult it is to get those… and how expensive…

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect management
• Application/screening processing
• Leasing and renewals
• List property on MLS
• Schedule and give property tours; utilize daily/weekly reports to follow-up on all prospect leads
• Move-in / Move-out inspections

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• MUST be a member of the Realtors Association of Miami
• An active Supra account.
• Must attend further training / coaching
• FLUENT in English and Spanish
• Experience not required but Solid knowledge of MLS and Forms Simplicity is.
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be punctual and reliable.
