Your pet is part of the family, we get it. Unfortunately some buildings are not that pet friendly, others allow only owners to have pets but not tenants. Some others like NEO LOFTS are super pet friendly buildings and have none or little restrictions.

The law creates new clarifications for emotional support animals. It’s important to understand exactly what it does – and does not – do, especially in an area with a dense population as Brickell, Miami.
Buildings with little or no pet restrictions:
Brickell on the River, Latitude on the River and Neo Lofts are some of the Brickell buildings where pets are welcome for owners and tenants.
In Brickell on the River North Tower, ONE pet is allowed for tenants as long as the weight NOT to exceed 25 lbs. $250 fee is required.
The association fee includes:

The approval process takes approximately 7 days after complete application is submitted.
In Latitude on the River, tenants are allowed to have 2 pets, the total combined weight shall NOT exceed 60 lbs and $100 fee PER PET is required by the condo association.

The approval process takes approximately 7 days after complete application is submitted.
In Neo Lofts Condo, pets are super welcome, the building even have a dog park!
Tenants are allowed to have up to 2 pets. One pet can NOT weight more than 50 lbs or if you have 2, the total combined weight shall NOT exceed 75 lbs.
$500 refundable deposit PER PET is required by Neo Lofts condo association.
